The Pilchers Group is a real estate investment and development concern based in Dallas, Texas. Pilchers' projects are located throughout Texas and the southwestern United States.

Pilchers and affiliates have acquired or developed in excess of $100 million in real estate assets over the past twenty years. Pilchers' development activities are primarily in the area of retail shopping centers or build-to-suit properties for national tenants. Additionally, Pilchers' developments have included office, industrial and single family residential, as well as land development activities.
